ORSI

The small skill that wires local models into your agent runtime.

A model on disk is not a runtime. Something has to mount it, expose it as a tool, and let an agent reach it without leaving the machine. Most stacks paper over this with a hosted endpoint; ORSI is the local-first answer to the same question.

Install it as a skill and a Union Street setup gains a path to on-device models — Helios or otherwise — with no API key, no rate limit, no opaque dependency on someone else's uptime.

Small on purpose. The skill format is meant to be readable before you trust it.
