Union Street /Projects

The interesting part isn’t the model. It’s the seams.

The field is busy making one model think longer. We’re making the parts that let many agents work together without turning into untraceable sludge.

Tokenmaxxing is the future. Once you have handoffs, memory, local models, and a repository that has to live with the output, the seams become the actual product.

Union Street is the runtime for agent organizations. Lash is the shape a handoff takes when you care about being able to reconstruct it later. Helios is a local model you don’t have to beg for. ORSI is the smallest possible bridge between weights on disk and an agent that needs them. Duck is what a repo gets to say before the diff lands. All open. All small. All unfinished on purpose.

Protocol

Lash Protocol

How one agent calls another, without losing the thread.

Models

Helios

Local agent models for Apple Silicon. Not a hosted API.

Runtime

ORSI

The small skill that wires local models into your agent runtime.

Guardrails

Duck

A pre-commit guard so your repo can push back on what agents write.
